From breakfast to the last drink: this is what a day looks like when you eat and drink at the Mondschein.
The day at a glance
- From 7.30 am: breakfast in the Panorama Restaurant
- 12 noon to 3 pm: lunch in the Alte Gaststube
- From 4 pm: aperitif in the bar and fireside lounge
- 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm: wine aperitif in the wine cellar, by reservation
- From 6 pm: à la carte, the Chef's Choice, fondue, or from 7 pm the Chef's Table
- Fridays from 9.30 pm: Mondschein Club
Three ways to have dinner
À la carte by the tiled stove in the Alte Gaststube, the four-course Chef's Choice with half board, or a set menu at the Chef's Table for no more than eight guests.

Alte GaststubeSkiers and travellers have been stopping at the Alte Gaststube since 1739. At lunchtime there are regional classics, in the evening alpine cooking à la carte by the tiled stove.
Chef's TableThe Chef's Table Mondschein is an old oval oak table for eight guests, beside a floor-to-ceiling window onto the kitchen. In winter it is laid from Friday to Monday, for one set menu of eight courses by head chef Moritz Leingartner.
