Skiers and travellers have been stopping at the Alte Gaststube since 1739. At lunchtime there are regional classics, in the evening alpine cooking à la carte by the tiled stove.

Lunch between two runs
Hearty regional classics such as Wiener schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn, served quickly and well. The Albona I lift is a three to four minute walk away.
Evenings by the tiled stove
In the evening the kitchen cooks à la carte and gives alpine dishes a fresh take. The tiled stove in the parlour was built by Emil Walch, ski pioneer and stove maker from Stuben. More in The famous ski sons of Stuben.
Frequently asked questions
Can I eat at the Alte Gaststube if I am not staying at the hotel?
Yes. The Gaststube is also open to visitors. It is best to reserve at reception beforehand.
Is there a discount for Arlberg Motel guests?
