Sports Massage, 45 min., €120

Sustained pressure and kneading techniques release muscle tension. Good after an active day on the mountain.

Deep Release, 45 min., €120

Targeted acupressure on the neck, head, hands and feet, with warm and cool compresses. A calm treatment for tension.

Body Balancing, 45 min., €120

Long, slow strokes for the whole body. We agree the pressure with you, from gentle to medium.

Foot Reflexology Massage, 45 min., €120

A cleansing foot bath, followed by a targeted pressure-point massage. For tired feet after a day in ski boots.

Herbal Compress Back Massage, 45 min., €120

Warm herbal compresses on the neck, shoulders and back, followed by gentle massage strokes to ease tension.

Filipino Hilot Massage, 90 min., €195

Our signature treatment: the traditional massage art of the Philippines. Targeted pressure and rhythmic strokes work on muscles and joints, accompanied by herbs.

Appointments and booking

Appointments are limited because we offer one treatment at a time. So please book before you arrive, by email to hotel@mondschein.com, ideally right after booking your room. At short notice, ask at reception while slots are still free.

If you spend the day in St. Anton or Lech, you are usually back in the late afternoon. An appointment at 5 pm or 6 pm then fits nicely before dinner.

Sauna and Kneipp on the first floor

On the first floor of the Ski Hotel is the wellness area with three saunas and two Kneipp pools, open daily from 3 pm to 6.30 pm. Bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels are provided, and you help yourself at the small fruit and tea bar. Food and alcohol stay outside.

For hotel guests on half board the area is included, and Arlberg Motel guests can use it for a supplement. Visitors from outside have no access. On your arrival day it opens only after check-in, and on your departure day it is closed to you after check-out. You can still take a shower before you leave. More on the page wellness and recovery.

Private spa at the Chalet

At the Mondschein Chalet the spa suites have their own wellness: a sauna, an infrared cabin or a hot tub, depending on the suite.
