For 16 years Dieter Koschina has opened the winter at the Mondschein with the Chef's Night. On 4 and 5 December 2026 he cooks again, with the wine pairing from the Douro Boys.

Dieter Koschina
Dieter Koschina has cooked the Chef's Night that opens the winter at the Mondschein for 16 years.
At Vila Joya in Portugal he has held two Michelin stars for more than 26 consecutive years.
The Douro Boys
The Douro Boys represent some of the leading wine estates of the Douro Valley in Portugal. On this evening the wine pairing comes from them.
Your stay
You stay at least three nights, longer is possible. One evening is the Chef's Night. On the other evenings you have the four-course Chef's Choice: salad buffet, soup, a choice of main courses and dessert.
