One day. Many worlds of flavor. No etiquette – just pure alpine passion.
From morning till night, anything is possible at Mondschein – but nothing is random. Whether it’s breakfast in your pyjama or dinner at the Chef’s Table, aperitifs in golden light or beats in the club at night: every moment has its stage. And its signature style.

Breakfast

07:30 – 10:00
“Good morning, sunshine.”
At the hotel, the day begins in total relaxation – with fresh pastries, hot coffee, and panoramic mountain views in the Panorama Restaurant.
At the chalet, it’s all about privacy – maybe still in your pajamas, with breakfast delivered right to your door.

Lunch

12:00 – 15:00
Alpine cuisine – reimagined, served light. On the sun terrace or in the historic dining room from 1739. Uncomplicated. Exceptionally cozy. Unforgettable.

Afternoon Snack

15:00 – 18:00
Hearty, homemade, honest: house-smoked bacon, regional classics with character. For in-between – or just because.

Wine Tasting in the 17th-Century Cellar

16:30 – 18:30
Fine wines, centuries-old stone walls, big stories in an intimate setting. Our sommelier leads, the wine speaks.

Apéro in the Fireplace Room

Crackling fire, signature drinks, and the cozy charm of a rustic Arlberg fireplace lounge. Sink into the sofas, jazz playing gently in the background – a moment that feels like pure unwinding.

Dinner

18:00 – 22:00
Choose from three unique experiences:
À la carte in the Old Dining Room from 18:00 – cozy, welcoming, warmed by the tiled stove.
Chef’s Choice from 18:30 – a 4-course menu in the Panorama Restaurant or Zirbenstube. Alpine refinement at its best.
Chef’s Table – eight courses, Friday to Monday from 19:00. Not a spectacle, but true craftsmanship at the highest level.

Mondschein Club

Fridays from 21:30
