Ski Arlberg is one of the most snow-sure regions in the entire Alps and guarantees excellent piste conditions throughout the entire ski season. The Albona, Stuben's local mountain, is known for its guaranteed snow until May and forms the connection between Stuben and the rest of the Arlberg. Here you will find the most beautiful deep snow slopes on the Arlberg.


From Stuben you can reach all the ski areas on the Arlberg on skis. With 305 kilometers of slopes and 88 state-of-the-art lifts and cable cars, Ski Arlberg is the largest connected ski area in Austria and one of the five largest ski areas in the world. It offers comfortable family slopes for beginners, varied fun parks for snowboarders, the carving area for carvers, challenging steep slopes and high alpine tours as a sporting challenge for professionals.

Heli-skiing on the Arlberg

UNIQUE IN AUSTRIA

Heliskiing and heliboarding on the Arlberg is not only an exclusive experience, it is unique in Austria! Depending on the snow conditions and skiing ability, the state-certified ski and mountain guide decides whether to fly to Mehlsack or Schneetäli.


Possible goals are:

Mehlsack (2652 m) descent 1100 m fast, interesting descent for good riders.

Schneetäli (2450 m) descent 1000 m. Extensive terrain, ideal for less physically fit and technically experienced skiers and snowboarders.


Price for heli-skiing without ski guide:


€500,00 for 3 places

Additional costs for the ski guide:


€ 580.00 per day (for up to 3 people)

It is recommended to make a reservation at the same time as booking your room.

The Arlberg offers a variety of wonderful ski tours where you can enjoy the winter mountain landscape in peace. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced ski mountaineer, the Arlberg has the right terrain for everyone.


We strongly recommend booking a local and certified mountain and ski guide for a professional tour. The ideal time of year for this is March and April.


Day tours with state-certified mountain guides can be booked directly at our hotel. The cost is €580 per day. After training in technique and safety on the mountain, a suitable tour is selected from the over 70 available routes on the Arlberg.
