Skiing holiday on the Arlberg
The skiing holiday in Stuben starts directly at the Hotel Mondschein. Two minutes from here, you will haul the new Albonabahn up to the Albona, from where you can expect 1000 meters treeless descents directly up to the hotel door.
With a single lift pass, which takes you directly from your hotel room to the whole Arlberg area, you have access to the the Arlberg regions Stuben, St. Christoph, St. Anton, Lech, Zürs and the skiing area Warth-Schröcken.
From the beginning of December till the end of April, skiers and snowboarders from all over the world enjoy over 305 km of marked ski runs and 200 km of alpine deep snow runs. Snowboarders will find four fun parks and cross-country skiers 26 km of trails. There are also 15 km of winter hiking trails, a natural toboggan run (floodlit in the evenings), horse-drawn sleigh rides and numerous events throughout the season – ranging from Christmas markets to the Freeride contest. Restaurants, open-air snow bars, indoor bars and dancing provide entertainment after the day on the slopes.
Stuben am Arlberg
Staying in Stuben am Arlberg at 1409 meters altitude means means you have found the most ideal place from which to explore the Arlberg region.
The base station of the Albona lift is just a 2 minutes walk away from the Hotel Mondschein. Stuben is the smallest and most charming of the five Arlberg villages. Here you can enjoy your stay away from the hustle and bustle on the Arlberg and yet right in the heart of the action.
Stuben stands at the gate of the 88 lifts Arlberg skiing region and offers skiing fun right up to the front door. The historically evolved village consisting of no more than 30 small houses and is known for it’s tradition and personality. Located on the breathtaking western side of the Arlberg region, Stuben offers a rustic ambience with historic charm.
St. Anton & St. Christoph am Arlberg
The Albona lift takes you via the Alpe Rauz to St. Anton am Arlberg. St. Anton, host of the 2001 Ski World Championships, lies at a height of 1,300 meters at the foot of the Arlberg pass. The famous Tyrolean ski village harmoniously combines tradition and innovation, party village and shopping experience.
Lech & Zürs am Arlberg
From the Hotel Mondschein you can reach the skiing area Zürs am Arlberg in just 7 minutes by taking the lift and ski bus leaving from Alpe Rauz. The lift pass is also valid for the ski bus.
In Leach am Arlberg the ski slopes are spread between 1,400 and 2,800 metres above sea level. Cable cars travel between the Rüfikopf, Madloch, Kriegerhorn and Mohnenfluh. Chair and drag lifts transport winter guests to the most beautiful slopes for skiers of all abilities. Thanks to the Flexenbahn and Trittkopfbahnen I and II you can also reach the ski resorts Lech and Zürs on skis since the start of the season 2016/17.
Lift pass prices
The Ski-Arlberg lift pass is valid for the whole skiing area. Ski Arlberg is open to you – with all its fascinating places and possibilities – whether you stay a day, a week or even just a few hours. Available are low and main season rates, as well as child and senior rates. You will receive your lift pass directly from us at the Hotel Mondschein at the reception at no additional charge, but only for cash.
The prices are in EUR and include VAT plus a EUR 5.00 deposit fee for the Ski Arlberg Card. Will be refunded at the hotel or at any lift counter.
